Privacy Policy
Antoto ("we", "us", "the Service") is a multi-tenant inventory and sharing platform for used-car exporters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Antoto you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: company name, staff names, phone numbers, and sign-in credentials you provide when you register or invite teammates.
- Inventory data: vehicle details you enter (make, model, year, mileage, price, condition) and the photos you upload.
- Sharing data: share links and QR codes you generate, including the salesperson and company attributed to each listing.
- Device & usage data: a randomly generated device identifier, app version, and basic sync logs used to keep your offline data in sync.
- Payment data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Alipay (or another payment provider) on the web. We do not store your full card or bank details.
2. How we use your data
- Provide and maintain your company's inventory, share cards, and member features.
- Keep your data in sync across devices and surface the correct company to each signed-in user.
- Process subscriptions and activate the plan you purchased.
- Diagnose sync issues and improve reliability.
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored in a hosted Postgres database (Supabase) with row-level security isolating each company's data, served through Cloudflare. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, not by us. We apply access controls and encryption in transit.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors strictly necessary to run the Service (hosting, payments) and only to the extent required, or when required by law. Share links you create are publicly viewable by whoever has the link — do not include information you do not wish to disclose.
5. Your rights
- Access and export your company's data at any time from within the app.
- Request correction or deletion of your company's data; clearing your local data or contacting us triggers removal of associated server records where applicable.
- Withdraw consent to non-essential processing by deleting your account data.
6. Children
Antoto is a business tool not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
